Some Projects
Heritage
PFOAC
Heritage, find the city archive for a 1953 photo to reproduce the original identically. Renovations done in the ’90s had changed the facade with standard construction blocks, so we had to replace them with stone. Custom-cut stones for the entire facade. During demolition, the wooden frame was completely rotten, and our carpentry team quickly rebuilt the frame to avoid delaying the work. In the Plateau district, permits were very expensive, creating a race against time. The project involved a bike lane and a complex signaling plan, requiring close cooperation with the city and fire services.
New Construction
Cours Bellerive
Large-scale project: residential tower and townhouses in multiple phases. Winter conditions (tenting, heating) for condo delivery, contrasting brick and stone, attention to cleaning and working neatly. Many balconies and alcoves, presenting scaffolding and frako challenges.
Industrial
Chevrolet 40/640
Industrial Project: Interior block wall to solidify the building and exterior.
Commercial
Jarry
Architectural design (insets and protrusions), modern brick, three sides.
